STS a preluat anul trecut peste 10 milioane de apeluri la numărul 112
Serviciul de Telecomunicaţii Speciale a preluat, anul trecut, peste 10 milioane de apeluri la numărul unic 112, dintre care urgenţele au reprezentat doar puţin mai mult de jumătate.
Restul au fost solicitări care au irosit timpul operatorilor, precum cereri de informaţii privind traficul rutier sau mersul trenurilor, sesizări privind pensiile sau diverse servicii de stat şi altele, pentru care nu era necesară intervenţia de urgenţă a echipajelor specializate.
Nu au lipsit glumele proaste, precum apeluri pentru comenzi de taxi şi livrări de mâncare, iar un individ a sunat la 112 de 21.000 pe parcursul întregului an. Oamenii, însă, trebuie să știe că pentru apelurile nejustificate, amenzile sunt mari.
A crescut, totodată, cu 16 %, numărul apelurilor de urgenţă preluate într-o limbă străină , în special cele în limbile ucraineană şi rusă. Potrivit unui comunicat al STS , operatorii au oferit sprijin de traducere pe timpul interviului şi al intervenţiei pentru îngrijiri medicale de urgenţă, operaţiuni de căutare şi salvare în zonele montane din apropierea graniţei sau în colaborarea cu autorităţile locale şi cele din ţările vecine.
Într-un interviu la RRA, colonelul Cătălin Chirca, purtător de cuvânt al STS, a vorbit despre modalitățile de localizare:
”În primul rând, în România, la fel ca în toate celelalte state membre ale Uniunii Europene, sunt implementate 4 metode de localizare. Prima metodă este cea de localizare primară, și care funcționează în peste 99% dintre cazuri, este localizarea de tip Cell ID, adică ne folosim de datele primite de la operatorul de telefonie mobilă, care, odată ce s-a realizat apelul către 112 ne transmite și o poziție într-un sector de cerc, în funcție de semnalul telefonului mobil, adică la ce antenă este conectat acel telefon în momentul în care se apelează numărul de urgență. Însă Serviciul de Telecomunicații Speciale a implementat și alte 3 metode suplimentare de localizare avansată. Și vorbim de aplicația apel 112, este o aplicație gratuită care se instalează pe telefoanele inteligente, pe smartphone-uri, gratuit din google play sau din magazinul de aplicații pentru sistemul ios, în care putem să apelăm 112 și în același timp să se transmită coordonatele geografice. Aceasta este prima metodă. De asemenea, la STS am implementat și localizarea de tip AML – Advanced Mobile Location, în care nu mai trebuie să facem nimic. La fel, dacă avem un telefon smartphone, se transmit coordonate geografice ale telefonului mobil în momentul în care sunăm la 112. O altă metodă este cea Geolocation, adică operatorul 112 de la Serviciul de Telecomunicații Speciale transmite un link prin SMS pe care apelantul, după ce îl accesează, se transmit coordonatele geografice. Este important să le spunem celor care ne ascultă că cele 3 metode de localizare avansată funcționează doar pe telefoanele inteligente.
Optimizăm permanent aceste metode de localizare și mai ales aplicația apel 112. Anul trecut, odată cu evenimentele din Ucraina, am tradus această aplicație inclusiv în limba ucraineană, aplicația în prezent poate fi utilizată în 6 limbi și fiecare dintre cei care au nevoie trebuie doar să o descarce pe telefonul mobil și pot apela serviciul de urgență 112 și, mai mult decât atât, pot transmite coordonatele geografice. Aplicația apel 112 trebuie să fie exact cum este trusa sanitară în autoturisme, ea trebuie să existe acolo și o folosim doar atunci când este nevoie” – a adăugat colonelul Cătălin Chirca, purtător de cuvânt al STS.
Astăzi este marcată Ziua Europeană a Numărului de Urgenţă 112, număr unic pentru cele 27 de state membre ale Uniunii Europene.
Numărul pan-european de urgenţă 112 a fost creat în 1991, în România sistemul fiind implementat la nivel naţional de către Serviciul de Telecomunicaţii Speciale din anii 2004 – 2005.
România este unul din statele membre UE în care numărul de urgență este disponibil și prin sms la 113, nu doar ca apel, începând cu anul 2015, permițându-se astfel accesul și pentru anumite categorii de persoane cu dizabilități de auz sau vorbire.
